Once your client has decided to move forward with coverage, we work with underwriters to make the implementation process as smooth as possible for you and your client, while still ensuring the best outcomes possible for your client. Once the coverage goes inforce, our team continues to monitor the policy for any future benefit increase options, underwriting reconsiderations, or anything else that may affect your client’s coverage.
After doing a preliminary review of the case, we give you a call to learn more about your client and the solutions they are looking for. This also gives us a chance to gather any missing information and discuss the next steps in the process.
We continue to follow up with you to make sure you have all the resources needed to keep things moving forward with your client. We are also available to make any revisions to the initial presentation so the final solution better fits your client’s needs.
We prepare a customized presentation for your client with a detailed recommendation to help guide the client discussion. We also offer education and training for you and your support staff, so you can be confident in recommending the solutions presented.
We research the market and do an in-depth analysis of your client’s situation to ensure we are hitting their objectives and uncovering any potential obstacles. We speak to our carrier partners and search for any possible discount options so that your client receives the best offer the market has to offer.
